The AGV - Automated Guided Vehicle Project PF3 focuses on implementing an interface between SAP and the NAVITOR Navigation System. This project utilizes C# to facilitate seamless communication between the two systems.

Stäubli 10t AGV

We successfully integrated two 10-ton Stäubli AGVs, creating an interface between SAP and the NAVITOR control systems. This integration, which includes a lift control with vehicle call system, streamlines operations and ensures efficient, coordinated automated guided vehicle management.

E - TERM

Our collaboration with the Felder Group on the robot cell project encompasses conceptual design, planning, programming, and training. This partnership ensures the delivery of a comprehensive automation solution tailored to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Data Engineering

We implemented a data collection system on the production line, integrating PLC systems with an interface in C# to a Database. This setup enables real-time monitoring and analysis, enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making.

Light Curtain - 75m

We built a light curtain incorporating 400 self developed sensors and 300 meters of addressable LED strips, complemented by self-developed lamps. The project involved comprehensive PCB design, integration, and implementation to ensure seamless functionality. Additionally, PLC programming was utilized to manage and control the entire system efficiently. The whole system was based on DMX and RDM. This project was in cooperation with Bartenbach - The Lighting Innovators.

Mill Robot with AI

We designed a mill game featuring a robot controlled by reinforcement learning and an advanced camera system. The AI-driven IGUS robot dynamically adapts its strategy to engage players effectively. This integration enhances gameplay by providing a responsive and challenging experience.
